Card&Cork started with a simple gesture. Every time our dad hit a big milestone, we’d gift him a bottle of wine and write a message right on the label. Over the years, those bottles became more than just gifts, they became a collection of moments, aging with meaning. That small idea sparked something bigger. Founded in New York City, Card&Cork was created to make every bottle feel more personal, more thoughtful, and more lasting.
